PSDA Board of Directors
Members of PSDA’s Board of Directors are industry leaders chosen because of the value they bring to directing the strategic growth of the association. The Board is comprised of 14 directors and includes a 5 member Executive Committee. Board candidates are elected by the PSDA membership and serve 3 year terms. Executive Committee members are elected by the Board and serve both as the Board’s Finance Committee and as officers of the board.
PERF Board of Trustees
The Print Education & Research Foundation [PERF] Board of Trustees consists of
8 to 13 members, including the Executive Director who serves as an ex-officio,
non-voting member. At least half of the members of the PERF Board of Trustees
are employees of PSDA member companies. PERF Board members are elected to serve
for 3 years or until their successors have been elected.
Order of the Black Leaf
The Order of the Black Leaf (Honorary Society of The Manifold Forms Industry) is an exclusive club for members who have served on at least one of the following: IBFI or IADT International Board of Directors, IBFI or IADT North American Board of Directors, IBFI or IADT Associates Board, IBFI Foundation, PERF Board of Directors or PSDA Board of Directors. Nominees must have contributed 10 years of service to the Business Forms Industry. Distributors are not eligible for membership.
